Should I list my property now in December with the holidays coming up or wait until after the New Year or spring?

We get that all the time. You know, whenever you’re ready is a great time to get your home on the market. We still have a lot of buyers looking for homes, a lot of relocation buyers that are starting to look for properties, and we also have people sitting on their in-laws’ couches, during the holidays, scrolling through Zillow and Realtor.com. So you never know who is looking to make a move. But, in December, it does slow down here a little bit in Wisconsin, especially around holiday weekends and when the weather gets bad.

Listing in December is a great opportunity for sellers to get out there and get ahead of the competition a little bit. So yes, I think listing in December is a great idea if you’re ready to sell.
